- Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number and any details you provide when you sign up for launch updates, create an account, list a place, item or service, or make a booking.
- Transaction information. Details of bookings, payments and communications made through the platform. Payment card details are handled by our secure payment providers and are not stored by us.
- Technical information. Information collected automatically when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate and improve the Lendler platform;
- Create and manage your account and process your bookings;
- Send you launch updates, service messages and, where you have opted in, marketing communications;
- Facilitate communication between hosts and vendors;

When you provide your email address — for example, by joining our launch list — we will use it to send you information about Lendler. Every marketing email we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and we honour opt-out requests promptly. We do not sell your email address to third parties. - Other users where necessary to complete a booking (for example, sharing a host's booking details with the relevant vendor);
- Service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing partners, who are only permitted to use the information to provide their services to us;
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Lendler and its users.
