1. About Lendler
Lendler is an online marketplace that connects people who want to host events ("hosts") with providers of places, equipment and services ("vendors"). Lendler provides the platform that enables hosts and vendors to find each other, communicate and transact. Lendler is not the owner, operator or provider of the places, equipment or services listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use Lendler. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. Using the platform
You agree that you will not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- Post false, misleading or infringing listings or content;
- Attempt to circumvent Lendler's booking or payment systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems;
- Harass, abuse or harm other users.
4. Listings, bookings & payments
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, availability and pricing. When a host makes a booking, a contract for the relevant place, equipment or service is formed between the host and the vendor. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Where funds are held until an event is delivered, the applicable release and refund conditions will be made available at the time of booking.
5. Fees
Lendler may charge service fees in connection with bookings made through the platform. Any applicable fees will be shown before a booking is confirmed. We may change our fees from time to time, and any changes will apply to bookings made after the change takes effect.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the vendor and the type of booking. The applicable terms will be presented to you before you confirm a booking. It is your responsibility to review these terms before booking.
7. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Lendler, such as listings, photos and reviews. By submitting content, you grant Lendler a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
8. Reviews
Reviews and ratings must be honest, relevant and based on genuine experiences. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is false, abusive or in breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep Lendler reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that listings, vendors or content are error-free, or that the platform will always be available or uninterrupted. Lendler does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any place, equipment or service listed by vendors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lendler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any transaction between a host and a vendor. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that could cause harm to Lendler or its users. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
